Scope
These terms describe the website and the current development prototype of Rift Elevator. A public release may have additional terms from its distribution platform.
Using the prototype
The prototype is provided for personal play and evaluation. Features, balance and save compatibility can change during development. Keep a backup of important local saves.
Game content
The game name, artwork, code and other materials remain subject to their applicable ownership and licenses. Access to this website does not grant permission to redistribute game assets.
Credits and purchases
Prototype credits and equipment are game resources and have no cash value. No real-money purchase provider is connected by default. Any future paid release must state its prices, purchase conditions and support process.
Availability and local data
The website and prototype may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Local progress can be lost after clearing application data, uninstalling or incompatible development changes.
Applicable rights
These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Publisher identity, contact details and release-specific conditions must be supplied before public distribution.
